About Us

Casa Kokoro is a charming house for up to nine people, located in a secure gated community, ideal for those seeking relaxation. With parking, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area, it offers spacious and bright rooms, all with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and views of the garden. The house is fully integrated with nature and features two kitchens, one indoors and another outdoors next to the barbecue area.

Accommodations
The quality of design and architecture are key to a good rest. We understand that enjoying the place where we stay is essential for a great vacation. With this in mind, we created Casa Kokoro. The design was crafted by Sonia Moevius, and the construction was carried out by Binômio Natural Group, the team behind other iconic projects such as the Marlins Boutique Hotel and Recanto de Sophie.

Kokoro is a Japanese word that originally meant "the emotion that things provoke in us" and later came to mean "heart." Love is in the details.

Guest Access
The pool, barbecue area, and central garden are shared among the guests of Casa Kokoro and the three neighboring apartments in the condominium (Kokoro Lofts).
Other Highlights: Daily cleaning is provided, and a gardener maintains the common areas. If you need additional services, such as cleaning during the day, simply ask.

Where You’ll Be
Praia de Pipa, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil
Casa Kokoro is located in a secure gated community, in a residential neighborhood. The famous Praia do Amor, ideal for surfing, and the natural pools are just 500 meters (5 minutes on foot) away. A 800-meter (8-minute walk) distance takes you to markets, bakeries, fruit shops, and the largest supermarket in Pipa. From there, you can also catch vans to more distant beaches (Tibau do Sul, Madeiro, and others).
